Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Data Analyst will play a key role in designing and implementing business solutions using Google Cloud, working closely with the enterprise data team and data architects. They will gather requirements, conduct research, and provide actionable insights to solve business problems.

What You Will Do

The Senior Data Analyst will document and present findings through reports and presentations, promote efficiency through the systems used in a company, and create technical documents inclusive of mapping details and designing and implementing data ingestion patterns.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data analysis

• Knowledge of Wealth Industry – Retail/Wealth, IIROC-CRM guidelines, CRA guidelines

• Expertise knowledge of Hadoop HDFS, Hive, Pig, Flume and Sqoop
• Working Experience with Google Cloud Platform Databases (SQL, Spanner, PostgreSQL)
• Experience working with relational/NoSQL databases
• Experience with data streaming and technologies such as Kafka, Spark-streaming etc.
