Role Overview
Manage an assigned sales territory, developing relationships with major home center retail partners, and increasing in-store presence of Scotts Miracle-Gro brands. Develop and execute sales/marketing plans, manage a budget, and oversee merchandising execution.
What You Will Do
Manage Merchandisers, utilize strategic selling tactics, develop retail sales/marketing plans, and provide job training and product knowledge.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience in retail, merchandising, and/or account management
- Preferred experience supervising/managing other employees and a budget
- Strong delegation skills
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Experience using sales forecasting tools
- A problem-solving and service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
- Current, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to walk, stand, climb an 8-12 foot ladder, lift up to 45 lbs, and be exposed to weather elements
