Role Overview

The Program Manager, Demand Generation will own the operational workflow that turns campaign plays into deployed, monitored outbound. This is an AI-first role that uses advanced AI tools to stitch together multiple threads into one clean, efficient engine, and who is relentless about maximizing speed and efficiency.

What You Will Do

Operationalize the demand workflow, run the engine AI-first, own list loading and task setup in Sales Loft and Salesforce, deploy cadences across pods on schedule, monitor execution and drive compliance, build activity and coverage reporting, and maintain the operational backbone.

Requirements

• AI-first demand expert
• Proven project management
• 3–5 years in demand generation operations, marketing operations, sales operations, or campaign/sequence execution
• Hands-on sequence-building experience
• Program discipline
• Service-oriented and structured
• Comfort with list building, segmentation, and data hygiene in Salesforce
• Strong reporting and analytics instincts
• Clear communicator across time zones
