Marketing Operations Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Engineer to help us build the next generation of GTM systems, marketing automations, and AI-powered workflows optimizing the full journey of marketing leads to pipeline conversion.

What You Will Do

Build and improve AI-powered workflows and agents using Claude, Claude CoWork, Clay and Artisan to power demand generation and BDR motions. Implement enrichment and signal-detection tooling, like Clay, to uplevel data governance.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in GTM Engineering/Marketing Operations at an Enterprise B2B (high tech) organization.
• In-depth knowledge of MAP (Marketo preferred), CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to build or prototype workflows
• Experience with best-in-class MarTech stack, including ABM, enrichment, database, and prospecting tools (Clay, AI prospecting technologies and Claude are a plus).
• Marketo and Salesforce certifications a plus.
• Fluency in B2B marketing.
• Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work in a fast-changing environment, with a sense of urgency.
• Extreme attention to detail to prevent issues from arising and great at troubleshooting and resolving quickly, if they do.
• Demonstrated organizational, planning and project management skills; the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and manage multiple initiatives.
• Ability to seek diverse input from multiple stakeholders to drive innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort bringing forward new ideas for using AI, data, signals, and automation to improve the customer buyer journey.
