Role Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will support business operations by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide clear and actionable insights. You will work closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Engineering to answer questions with data instead of guesswork, and to build dashboards and models that hold up under real day-to-day use.
What You Will Do
Analyze pricing, material usage, and lead time data to support decisions on capacity planning and process improvement, build and maintain dashboards and reports, and translate ambiguous business questions into clear analyses.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or reporting role
- Proficient SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and common table expressions, sufficient to query production databases directly
- Data visualization for communicating insights and reporting results
- Comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets at an advanced level
- Ability to explain technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
