The Senior Marketing Operations Coordinator will serve as a critical operational partner to the Studios producers, ensuring projects move efficiently from planning through delivery while maintaining an exceptional agent experience.

Responsibilities include managing internal and external stakeholder expectations, driving communication across teams, monitoring production workflows, and maintaining project management systems.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, creative operations, project management, production coordination, or a related field
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous concurrent projects
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Airtable, or similar project management platforms
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when supporting production needs
