Role Overview

The Technical Enablement Manager will drive the success of post-sales and technical field teams by developing and executing strategic enablement initiatives. The role requires a deep technical cybersecurity background to bridge the gap between complex product architecture and field execution.

The Technical Enablement Manager will design, scope, and deliver deep-dive technical enablement motions, assist with onboarding and ramping, create technical content, and deliver live training events.

Requirements

• Prior Technical Field Experience
• Cybersecurity Domain Expertise
• 5+ years of experience in technical enablement, Customer Success enablement, or technical training within cybersecurity or B2B SaaS
• Demonstrated Technical Delivery
• Tooling Proficiency
• Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
