Role Overview
As an Associate Enablement Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing onboarding and everboarding programs for the Global Support & Services team. You’ll work on building scalable content, automating workflows, and measuring program effectiveness using AI tools.
What You Will Do
Deliver high-quality onboarding and everboarding programs, execute strategic enablement initiatives, drive reinforcement and adoption, and own enablement operations and content hygiene.

Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in Enablement, Training, CS, Sales, or related SaaS role
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines with high quality
- Comfort leveraging CRM, LMS, and enablement technologies (including AI tools)
- Foundational understanding of adult learning principles
- Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
- Deep product and workflow knowledge for the function you support
