Senior Manager, FP&A Business Partner

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, FP&A serves as a strategic financial partner to the leadership team, providing insights and analysis necessary to drive informed business decisions. This role reports to the Dir, FP&A Strategy & Business Partner and is responsible for leading the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• MBA and/or CPA is highly preferred
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance
• At least 3-5 years in a management or lead role within an FP&A function
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and advanced financial modeling
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Adaptive, Tableau)
• Strong analytical thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of managing teams, influencing cross-functional partners, and operating effectively in a matrixed, global organization
