Role Overview
As a Sales Development Specialist, you will contribute to sales growth by partnering with Territory Managers, Account Managers, RVP & DVP (Sales Partners) to advance their sales strategies. You will be expected to possess a thorough understanding of product knowledge, go-to market strategies, and customer service for your assigned geographic territory.
What You Will Do
You will assist aligned Sales Partners in maintaining CRM systems, serve as a back-up to Territory/Account Managers, and maintain quality excellence by managing freight quotes and escalated order requests. You will also perform order entry, modifications, and stock checks for all Residential products and samples.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will be a direct point of contact for your aligned sales team and act as a liaison to all of Shaw’s Supply Chain partners. You will also have the opportunity to develop good relationships with customers based on knowledge, service, trust, and integrity.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to learn Salesforce and other Shaw systems
- Self-motivated and good organizational skills
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to work on Pacific Standard Time zone hours
