Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative acts as a liaison between customers, product distributors, manufacturer representatives, and various internal company departments to achieve appropriate product selection and pricing, timely delivery of products, correct billing, order entry, and closing sales opportunities.
What You Will Do
Contact customers, manufacturer reps, and product distributors regarding pricing, quality, scheduling, and shipping logistics; quotes price, secures orders, enters orders into CRM, arranges delivery dates, and performs other necessary tasks of actual sales transactions on a timely basis.

Requirements
- High school diploma required; College degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years order entry/customer service experience; preferably with a manufacturing company
- International sales background a plus, but not required
- Self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented, superior communication skills, and works well with a team
- Proficient in computer usage and data base management
- SAP experience and previous use of CRM system is strongly desired
- Strong oral and written communication skills
