Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business while developing and maximising relationships with existing customers across the South East. The role requires a sales professional who is commercially driven, confident in front of customers, and motivated by the opportunity to build their own area of the business.

Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving agreed sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role
  • Ideally, experience within the KBB, interiors, construction or associated sectors
  • A strong track record of winning new business and developing existing accounts
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially aware and target driven
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing your own workload
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the South East
