Accounts Executive, Finance Operations

Role Overview

The Accounts Executive, Finance Operations will oversee day-to-day end-to-end processing for ePAC and Prime operational activities, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and perform variance analysis, aging reviews, and data consolidation for management decision-making.

What You Will Do

The incumbent will execute and monitor monthly accruals, reconciliations, and system runs across systems, assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial and operational reports, and identify manual pain points and propose tech-driven process improvements.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and hands-on experience with Oracle. They will also have an extensive background in operational workflows, standard procedures, and core industry tools.
