We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive growth in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors, with a focus on expanding market presence, increasing revenue, and aligning IT consulting solutions with client needs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably within the FSI sector or System Integrator (SI) environment.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing end-to-end sales cycles.
- Experience managing key accounts and engaging with senior stakeholders (VP to Director level).
- Good understanding of FSI solutions such as payments, lending, core banking, cloud, or digital transformation.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a solution-based environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Thai and English is preferred.
