Role Overview

The Retention Marketing Specialist supports the execution and optimization of Skullcandy’s retention marketing programs, with primary ownership of email and SMS channels. This role plays a critical part in engaging existing customers, driving repeat purchase, and strengthening long-term brand relationships.

What You Will Do

Execute and optimize email and SMS campaigns, monitor channel performance, analyze results, and support loyalty program development and execution.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM-related roles
  • Hands-on experience executing email and/or SMS campaigns
  • Basic understanding of ecommerce and retention KPIs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working in performance dashboards and reports
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with email and SMS platforms (e.g., Klaviyo or similar)
  • Exposure to loyalty programs or customer insights work
  • Experience in DTC or ecommerce environments
  • Interest in customer behavior, lifecycle marketing, and long-term brand building
