Role Overview

As a GTM Data & Performance Analyst, you will support the GTM Strategy and Sales teams by producing reliable analyses, reports and dashboards that help monitor partner performance and commercial activity. This is an execution-focused analytical role.

What You Will Do

Produce recurring reports and analyses on partner performance, monitor key performance indicators, prepare structured analyses to support reviews of partner performance, and track sales performance against targets.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a related analytical role
  • Good working knowledge of SQL and at least one BI or data visualisation tool
  • Basic understanding of commercial, sales or marketplace environments
  • Ability to work with structured datasets and follow established analytical frameworks
  • Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams
  • Strong attention to detail and data quality
