Head of Performance Marketing

Role Overview

The Head of Performance is responsible for leading the performance marketing function across user acquisition and digital marketing, setting the commercial strategy that converts marketing spend into customer acquisition and revenue at target efficiency.

What You Will Do

Develop and recommend the performance marketing strategy, set blended CPO and CAC targets, and hold Senior Managers accountable to channel-level and cluster-level KPI delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Customer Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
• Proven experience leading digital marketing campaigns at scale across multiple paid channels.
• Solid understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, DSPs, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution models, conversion optimization, and campaign measurement.
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and delivering measurable acquisition growth.
• Strong analytical, strategic, commercial, and financial acumen.
