Role Overview
Drive new business growth across Colorado, Nebraska, Wisconsin, and Minnesota within the Education (K–12 Schools) segment. Represent Sodexo’s integrated portfolio and partner with school districts to improve student outcomes and operational performance.
What You Will Do
Proactively hunt for and qualify new business and horizontal growth opportunities. Own the full sales cycle, lead with a consultative mindset, and build strong relationships with superintendents and C-suite executives.

Requirements
- Proven hunter mentality with a track record of generating pipeline
- Grit, resilience, and a competitive drive
- Experience selling complex, multi-service or enterprise-level solutions
- Strong business acumen with the ability to build ROI models
- Disciplined use of Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Executive presence, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse, cross-functional teams
