Role Overview

Inside Sales team plays a critical role in driving profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The team collaborates across departments to grow the business and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Maintain and enhance foundational customer relationships, grow sales revenue and margins, prepare quotes, process orders, and provide solutions.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in sales and/or sales administration
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, ERP systems, CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A curious nature and a drive to learn, develop, and continuously grow
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • High School diploma and relevant professional experience (2+ years)
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
