Role Overview
Support the development, evaluation, and optimization of pricing products and rate strategies to achieve financial, regulatory, and customer satisfaction objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze large datasets, develop reporting and visualizations, and identify actionable insights.
What You Will Do
Apply data-driven analysis to evaluate existing rates, customer behavior, and emerging pricing opportunities. Develop and execute experimental research to study cause and effect relationships between pricing and customer behavior.

Requirements
- 4-year degree in technical, analytical, business, engineering, economics, statistics, computer science, information systems, or related field
- Advanced degree and/or certifications a plus but not required
- Experience working within traditional databases and/or data lakes
- Proficiency in at least one or more programming/query language such as SQL, SAS, Python, or R
- Experience working with large datasets, data visualization tools, and analytical reporting
- Utility, regulated industry, or energy market experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and pricing impacts to identify insights, risks, and opportunities
- Ability to communicate data and findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
