Role Overview
The Territory Sales Manager will serve as the trusted business partner for dealerships throughout their assigned territory by helping them maximize accessory sales and improve profitability. They will develop and grow long-term relationships with GM and/or Ford dealership leadership and staff, consult with dealership executives, managers, and department leaders to identify opportunities to increase accessory sales, and train dealership sales, service, parts, and body shop personnel on effective accessory sales strategies and processes.
What You Will Do
The Territory Sales Manager will achieve and exceed monthly territory sales goals through strategic account management, design customized showroom displays, merchandising, point-of-sale materials, and dealership incentive programs, analyze dealership performance and recommend solutions that improve customer experience and profitability, and support dealership events, product launches, promotions, and manufacturer initiatives.

Requirements
- Proven success in outside sales, territory management, account management, or business development
- Automotive dealership experience preferred, especially with GM and/or Ford dealerships
- Understanding of dealership sales, parts, service, or fixed operations is highly desirable
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
