Role Overview
The Business Operations Manager’s role is responsible for strengthening Starlink’s operating model across Latin America, combining strategy, operational ownership, analytics, and cross-functional execution.
What You Will Do
Support LATAM business strategy, own and coordinate LATAM partners operations, track and reconcile Service Orders, drive end-to-end follow-up of LATAM supply execution, and query internal databases and systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, mathematics, or economics
- 4+ years of professional experience in consulting, product management, operations, FP&A, banking, engineering, or entrepreneurship
- 3+ years of professional experience in Excel or programming
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
- Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
