Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Role Overview

Support Spotify’s global Order-to-Cash operations and revenue close process, partnering across Finance, Engineering, Tax, Sales, and other teams to solve complex operational challenges.

What You Will Do

Support monthly and quarterly revenue close, prepare and review complex balance sheet reconciliations, manage global e-invoicing operations, and maintain strong financial controls.

You have 4+ years of experience in revenue accounting, revenue operations, or a related area, along with a strong understanding of the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle and core accounting concepts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in revenue accounting, revenue operations, or a related area
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle and core accounting concepts
• Experience executing or troubleshooting e-invoicing workflows in a global, multi-entity environment
• Comfortable working with ERP and billing systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or comparable platforms
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, experience with SQL, BigQuery, or data visualization tools is valuable
• Experience working in a SOX-controlled environment and collaborating with internal or external auditors
• CPA/CA qualification or progress toward one is a plus
