Revenue Operations Analyst

Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Analyst is a versatile, hands-on member of the Revenue Operations team responsible for executing and optimizing the processes that power SpyCloud’s Go-To-Market engine.

What You Will Do

Manage entitlements, deal desk operations, and AI-driven reporting and automation to support the Alliances team and Sales Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations, deal desk, or entitlement management, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Flows, automation, data governance); Claude experience a strong plus.
• Genuine interest and demonstrated experience applying AI tools to streamline operational workflows and reporting.
• Proficiency with data analysis and BI tools (Databricks, Excel/Sheets, SQL, Tableau, or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Alliances and Customer Success.
