Role Overview

The Director of Communications, Marketing & Public Relations leads the development and execution of strategies that promote St. Philip’s mission and brand. This role will oversee all marketing, communications, and PR activities, ensuring consistent messaging across digital, print, and media channels.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement an annual communications plan, lead marketing and communications initiatives, serve as the organization’s media representative, and manage crisis communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR
  • Demonstrated expertise in writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Proven leadership and strategic planning abilities
  • Experience with media relations, branding, and digital campaigns
