To pro-actively promote designated Retail Clients products and services and acquire new customers. The role requires strong personal integrity, good communication and presentation skills, and good knowledge of bank products, policies, and business strategy. The successful candidate will have a college/diploma degree or above, 1 year of working experience in the financial or mortgage/real estate industry, and relevant experience in banking.
Requirements
- Participate in sales promotions and activities to achieve/exceed defined sales targets.
- Engage NTB Affluent clients via leads sourced from varies channels.
- Actively cross-sell the bank other products / services and ensure annual financial budget is met.
- Provide quality, efficient before and after sales services.
- Prepare and consolidate accurate reports on sales activities.
- Accountable for implementing and complying with AML requirements when performing duties.
- Employ, engage and retain high quality people, with succession planning for critical roles.
- Set and monitor job descriptions and objectives for direct reports and provide feedback and rewards in line with their performance against those responsibilities and objectives.
