The Manager, Business Development is responsible for implementing the client acquisition strategy for SME banking, working with stakeholders to achieve segment-view acquiring targets, and articulating the bank’s value proposition to execute the go-to-market market strategy in client interactions. Key responsibilities include achieving targets for acquiring new target clients, building and managing a robust pipeline of prospective clients, and contributing towards improving the end-to-end process for SME with focus on quality in delivery and cycle time.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance or related discipline
- 5 years of SME Banking/CIB Banking experience
- Prior experience in sales management
- Experience in handling corporate customers, specifically to small and medium enterprises (SME) preferred
- Knowledge of cash management, trade, FX and wealth solutions preferred
- Good marketing, communication, and interpersonal skill preferred
- Willing to work under pressure
- Proactive, positive attitude, customer oriented, self-motivated & a strong champion of teamwork spirit
- Good command in written English preferred
