Role Overview
The Senior Analyst for Variable Compensation will be a key member of the finance variable comp team, helping to support incentive compensation commission and SPIFF payments through Anaplan. The role will involve frequent communication with the Variable comp team members, sales leadership, as well as sales strategy teams.
What You Will Do
Administer accurate and timely commission and SPIFF payments, manage incentive compensation plan administration, perform ad hoc reporting and analysis, and ensure Anaplan models adhere to standards.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with both finance and technical teams
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
- Ability to translate financial business processes into technical solutions
- Experience with complex data modeling, particularly in finance or compensation-related environments
- Strong data analysis and business acumen
