Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (4-year degree) or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of total work experience in data analysis
• 3 years working in data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools, utilizing customer data
• 2 years in roles requiring project management and cross-functional collaboration
• 2 years in industries requiring rigorous analytical training (e.g., finance, consulting, technology)
• Strong analytical skills, including technical proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, advanced Excel, and data visualization
• Experience with PowerBI or comparable business intelligence tools
• Strong project management skills, including experience managing timelines and stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and analysis to stakeholders clearly and concisely
• Ability to create a culture of success and inclusion, serving as a values ambassador
• Ability to build trusting relationships with business leaders and merchandising partners
• Proactive approach to addressing and independently guiding problem-solving efforts
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with Business Unit and Finance partners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of ecommerce best practices
• Skills in statistical analysis
