Role Overview

The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results-oriented individual to serve as Statewide Coaching Analyst & Coordinator. What You Will Do

Serves as Statewide GROWTH (Guiding Relationships, Opportunities, Well-Being, Transformation, and Hope) Consultation Program Manager, provides oversight, education, and expert consultation to child welfare leaders and teams regarding effective partnering with individuals with lived experience.

• Requires ability to travel on a frequent basis in the performance of duties
• Requires appropriate, valid driver’s license
