Alpha Data Operations – Senior Associate

State Street’s Alpha Operations team is looking for an analyst in Alpha Data Operations team in India. The role involves delivering accurate and timely data, serving as a process and platform SME, supporting testing and transition phases, and collaborating across functions. The team is responsible for global data management supporting clients within the investment industry for daily support in the Production and CUAT environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• Experience in working with Product and Technology teams to provide requirements for automation initiatives
• Strong SQL knowledge and hands-on experience with database/data warehouse
• Strong Data analytics / Software development background and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details, problem solving, and decision making
• ‘Can do’ attitude
