Role Overview
Lead sales teams, develop market and sales strategies, and implement activities to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with Product Management and other interfaces. Experience in B2B SaaS, HR, or Compensation is required.
What You Will Do
Active support of the team, individual coaching, close coordination with Product Management, and secure handling of sales tools.

Requirements

- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in working with KPIs and data-based decisions
- Secure handling of common sales tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Power BI, or comparable systems
- Verbal and written fluency in German and English
