Role Overview

As an experienced sales personality, you will inspire new business customers (SMEs) for you and our innovative product portfolio. You ensure the success of your sales week by achieving your KPIs and your hands-on mentality.

What You Will Do

Through independent research, you identify potential new customers and, within the framework of cold canvassing, personally contact them on site or by phone. You conduct a needs analysis, present tailored solutions, create an offer, and achieve a contract conclusion.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will maintain your customers after the contract conclusion and build long-term customer relationships. You will also receive intensive onboarding, e-learning, and training units to keep your product knowledge and sales skills up to date.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, particularly in new customer acquisition
  • Driver’s license Class B
  • Empathy and closing strength
  • Ambition and discipline
  • Performance orientation
  • Self-responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation-secure German knowledge in word and writing
