Senior Lead Data Analyst

Role Overview

We’re looking for a commercially minded and influential Senior Lead Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team and act as a strategic partner to our Medical business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or Technology related areas
• 5+ years’ experience in data analytics, business analytics, data science, or a related field
• Experience leading end-to-end analytics initiatives delivering measurable business value
• Advanced SQL and experience with at least one analytics language (e.g. Python, R)
• Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI or Tableau)
• Experience driving adoption of analytics platforms, standards, or best practices
• Experience supporting commercial, sales, marketing, or operational functions
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or modern analytics platforms
