Role Overview
The Associate Product Manager will operate at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Engineering, Data, and Operations, owning the day-to-day planning and execution of marquee event campaigns while driving broader CRM operational improvements.
What You Will Do
The Associate Product Manager will own the operational workflow for high-priority email and push campaigns, identify and evaluate marquee event opportunities, and partner with Marketing, Engineering, Product, Data, Analytics, Design, and Partnerships to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.

Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to own complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong operational instincts with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute under tight deadlines
- Experience working with marketing campaigns, CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms
- Ability to think like a product manager by identifying process gaps, defining requirements, and partnering with Engineering to build scalable solutions
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to prioritize work, measure outcomes, and inform decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clarity in ambiguous environments
- Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams and influencing without direct authority
- Passion for building systems that scale and continuously improve over time
