FP&A Manager

Role Overview

The FP&A Manager will be a senior contributor responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision support across the organization. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, you will take ownership of core FP&A processes and partner directly with business leaders to translate operating plans into financial outcomes.

What You Will Do

Maintain driver-based financial models, consolidate departmental inputs, develop scenario and sensitivity analyses, and identify forecast risks and opportunities proactively.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Investment Banking, Strategic Finance, or Accounting
• Experience in SaaS is a significant plus
• Technical Prowess: Strong modeling skills and experience with FP&A platforms and ERP systems
• Builder Mindset: Enjoy building models from scratch and refining messy data into clean structures
• AI Curiosity: Eager to explore how AI tools can automate manual workflows, accelerate analysis, and stress-test models
• Communication Skills: Ability to explain the ‘why’ behind a budget variance and the implications to our financial outlook
• High Velocity: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and have the discipline to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. CFA, CPA, MBA is a plus
