Sales Compensation Specialist

Role Overview

The Sales Compensation Specialist will administer sales compensation plans, calculate commissions, and analyze compensation data to support effective incentive plan design and execution.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities of this role include compensation calculation and administration, plan input and administration, commission inbox management, data analysis and reporting, performance metrics and targets, OTE, CTE earnings and analysis, compliance and governance, and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, design, and administration, with a focus on incentive compensation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerBI.
• Experience with ICM/SPM software is required, preferably Xactly.
• Proficiency in SQL: Candidates must demonstrate the ability to write SQL queries for ICM Systems, optimize database performance, and manage data transformations for analytical purposes.
• Knowledge of compensation laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
