Services Sales Manager, Inspection

Role Overview

The Aftermarket Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment for the Syntegon Inspection portfolio. The role combines consultative sales leadership with technical expertise to support detailed discussions with customers regarding equipment performance, maintenance requirements, modernization opportunities, and return on investment.

What You Will Do

Drive lead generation and manage the sales pipeline through to order intake, represent the full portfolio of aftermarket products, build and maintain positive relationships with customers, develop and execute a regional sales strategy, use CRM tools to document meetings and project details, and provide support throughout the project cycle.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience, including territory management and customer relations within the capital equipment industry, and a strong understanding of the business strategy and goals of the customer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in engineering, science or a business related field
• 2+ years of sales experience including territory management and customer relations within the capital equipment industry
• Passport or ability to acquire a passport
• Up to 50% Travel Domestically and Internationally
