What You Will Do

Develop go-to-market strategies, conduct market research, create positioning frameworks, define customer segmentation and targeting strategies, plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage marketing budgets, develop creative briefs, coordinate multi-channel campaign deployment, serve as primary marketing liaison, manage relationships with external partners, coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations teams, present campaign performance and insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or high-growth environments
• Proven track record managing product/service launches from concept to market
• Project management experience handling multiple concurrent initiatives
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)
• Experience with marketing automation platforms
• Strong Excel/data analysis capabilities
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies
