Role Overview
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular visits to understand their needs and reinforce product trust – focusing on Projects specifically. Develop and supervise the sales team, providing training in product knowledge, sales techniques, and strategic selling.
What You Will Do
Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide timely feedback to enhance team performance. Oversee daily activities, including customer visits, account development, and quotations, ensuring comprehensive project coverage.

Requirements
