Role Overview
Establish an investment model to expand recruitment efforts in Asia, focusing on seed and emerging markets. Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-market teams to reinforce the pipeline for Asia.
What You Will Do
Develop and drive a well-defined portfolio architecture, including packaging, pricing, channel mapping, and potential transportation and logistics opportunities. Execute a unified plan for Asia with cluster and local teams.
Why It Might Be a Fit
10+ years’ experience in a relevant brand/marketing role, with exposure across Asia/South East Asia. Experience in brand building, data-driven media approach, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in business
- 10+ years’ experience in a relevant brand/marketing role
- Experience in brand building capability within an organization
- Experience in data-driven media approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
- Ability to set and achieve goals and manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to create strong relationships across internal teams and external partners
