Role Overview

Drive top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold outreach, building relationships and opportunities for the sales team. Join a lean, ambitious team and work directly alongside people who win by doing whatever it takes.

What You Will Do

Identify and engage prospects across home services industries, book qualified meetings, and set up the sales team for successful conversations.

Requirements

  • A high-performance track record in competitive environments (sports, chess, arts, etc.)
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, intense startup environment

Benefits

  • OTE: $100K-$120K (60/40 split)
  • Base salary: ~$60K (junior) to ~$80K (senior)
  • Flexible work arrangement (in-person preferred)
