Data Analyst

Role Overview

Talkspace is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join their Data Science team. The Data Analyst will contribute to the product development of Sentia’s agentic behavioral health platform, utilizing a strong data-driven approach. This role involves collaborating with various technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable strategies and communicating the underlying data narrative to non-technical audiences.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include collecting requirements, querying databases, and developing dashboards and reports for both internal business stakeholders and external partners. The analyst will excel in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, identifying trends and surfacing crucial insights that lead to informed decision-making.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role
• Experience with healthcare data (patient outcomes, capacity planning, etc.) a plus
• Proficiency in SQL, python, and Excel / Google Sheets
• Advanced skills in data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
• Experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel
