Senior Manager, Martech Enablement

Role Overview

The Sr. Manager of Martech Enablement serves as the bridge between Tapestry Martech and brand marketing teams, helping translate business objectives into effective activation within Martech platforms (Cordial). This role partners closely with Coach and Kate Spade teams across North America and Europe to align platform capabilities with business priorities, identify opportunities to strengthen customer engagement programs, and drive adoption of Martech capabilities.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary Martech partner for Coach and Kate Spade North America and Europe marketing teams, aligning Cordial platform capabilities to business priorities and activation goals. Identify opportunities to improve lifecycle marketing programs by introducing new capabilities, use cases, and best practices informed by cross-brand and cross-regional learnings.

The accomplished individual will possess 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, marketing technology, or customer engagement platforms. Hands-on experience with enterprise marketing platforms such as Cordial, Braze, or similar solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, marketing technology, or customer engagement platforms
• Hands-on experience with enterprise marketing platforms such as Cordial, Braze, or similar solutions
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing strategies, customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and campaign activation
• Experience supporting business stakeholders in a consultative, enablement, or platform adoption capacity
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across brand marketing, product, and technical teams
• Experience developing scalable enablement programs, training materials, and operating models
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience translating business objectives into actionable requirements, use cases, and platform enhancements
