Role Overview
We’re looking for a Manager to lead Growth and Partnerships for our Central Asia and Eastern Europe corridor, targeting diaspora communities in key send markets. You’ll own the full growth strategy and execution, from customer acquisition and partnerships to brand building and customer insights.
What You Will Do
You’ll lead growth efforts, including building trust-based relationships with diaspora communities, conducting customer research, initiating partnerships, setting up advertising campaigns, and managing customer relationships.

Requirements
- 7 + years of experience in high growth-environment such as startups, marketing, fintechs
- Exceptional knowledge and networks among the Central Asia diaspora in the UAE, Europe, and around the world
- Strong business development/sales/marketing/analytical background
- Experience with paid marketing activities
- Fluency in English and Russian, written and spoken, is a must
