Role Overview

The Customer Experience Associate will process financial transactions, understand customer needs, and provide excellent customer experience. The role requires a high school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. The associate will work in a fast-paced environment, using MS Office and internet skills.

The responsibilities of the role include processing financial transactions, understanding and determining customer needs, responding and resolving customer concerns, achieving assigned goals, and promoting banking solutions.

Requirements

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience

  • A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail-oriented
