Incentive Compensation Analyst

Role Overview

The Incentive Compensation Operations Analyst role is part of the regional Financial Operations team and is responsible for the administration of various incentive plans in the North America Region.

What You Will Do

Assist in coordinating and setting up new plans every quarter or year in the incentive management tool, perform monthly accounting activities, and respond to inquiries and requests from internal customers.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficient with standard office technology and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms)
• Demonstrated analytical skills, including performing complex mathematical calculations and reconciling data with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Communicates clearly and professionally—verbally and in writing—and tailors messages to diverse audiences
• Collaborates effectively with people from diverse identities, backgrounds, and functions; fosters an inclusive team environment
• Confidently engages and presents to management and senior leadership
• Strong organizational and time‐management skills; prioritizes, plans, and drives tasks to completion
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
• Builds and sustains productive working relationships across teams and levels
• Performs effectively under pressure, adapting to changing priorities and high workloads
• Learns new systems and technologies quickly; adapts to evolving processes and tools
