Role Overview
The Manager, Commercial Excellence is a Commercial Sales Operations role responsible for executing and improving core commercial sales processes, reporting, and sales enablement capabilities that support the sales organization. This role leads a team focused on delivering commercial sales process improvements, reporting, and sales enablement support, while partnering closely with Sales, Customer Care, IT, and Analytics teams.
What You Will Do
Drive commercial process improvements across CRM, forecasting, customer data, and customer experience. Improve sales efficiency and reduce administrative burden. Align execution across Sales, Customer Care, and Operations.

This role requires 5-10 years of experience in Sales Operations or Commercial Excellence, with a strong understanding of sales processes and experience working with SAP and Salesforce. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in Sales Operations or Commercial Excellence
- Experience working with SAP and Salesforce (SFDC) or similar systems
- Strong understanding of sales processes (pipeline, forecasting, CRM, customer data)
- Experience leading projects or delivering through teams
