Role Overview
Lead the operational backbone of the commercial function, driving performance, enabling sales teams, and delivering systems, insights, and disciplines that fuel sustainable growth. Reporting to the General Manager – Product & Commercial Solutions, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role across Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, and Sales Enablement.
What You Will Do
Lead the strategy and execution across Sales Operations, CRM, commercial systems, sales planning, forecasting, pipeline governance, performance reporting, analytics, commercial insights, sales enablement, capability, and incentive programs, process improvement, and operational excellence.

- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at executive level
