Marketing Data and Operations Coordinator plays a tactical role supporting the delivery and optimization of marketing campaigns within HubSpot. The role involves executing day-to-day campaign elements accurately and efficiently with minimal oversight.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or Digital Marketing
- Hands-on experience building and QA’ing campaigns, emails, forms, landing pages, lists, and workflows in HubSpot
- Experience importing, cleaning, tagging, and maintaining marketing data
- Basic understanding of GDPR, CASL, and marketing consent requirements
- Experience pulling and interpreting campaign and pipeline reports (CTR, MQLs, CPL, ROI)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within defined processes and playbooks
